Aw, this is my final post that I’ll be writing on this blog this summer. But, the good thing is that I do have a real blog because I found myself LOVING blogging class so my BEST friend (she criticized me for just calling her my ‘friend’) and I made blogs! So we’re always on it, commenting, cracking up at the random posts that we put. Haha. So just click on my blog below(:

My favorite thing to do after school is to go online to myspace.com! It’s so much fun and you get to do so many things like putting up pictures, comment on pictures, make your profile very PIMP, and comment on other peoples profile. You can edit pictures on myspace, make bulletins, and update your status which tells everyone what you’re doing! You can also add apps to your profile like “buddypoke” so you can do random things to your friends like throw Rihanna at them or something. You can also make videos and put it up onto your profile. There’s so many things to do on Myspace…you can even get married! Yup, MARRIED. Although I’d never do that. You can look up old classmates, become their friends, message them, or leave them a comment!

Myspace is super cool, I love it! You even get a default picture so everyone knows what to identify you by. You have the choice of showing everyone your first and last name or not. You also get a display name in case you don’t like your actual name, your display name can be something like a nickname!

I think Myspace is aimed for anyone in their teenage years to adults. Not really for children because their are many precautions you have to take on Myspace, such as NOT clicking on the ads because they’re probably spam. And not accepting friend requests that you don’t know, and younger children probably would’t know to take these precautions. There are also posers, so you may not be friend requesting the right Demi Lovato if you’re into her & you wanted to become her friend on Myspace.

The writing style on Myspace is good, I think I’ve caught them with grammar mistakes before though!

The person who created Myspace is named Tom Anderson. When you sign up for myspace, you’re automatically his friend because no one wants to have NO friends, even when they first start up. Most people end up deleting him as a friend after they get all their friends though. So far, Tom has 200 million friends on Myspace!

A kind of creepy fact about Tom is that when he was 14, him and a group of people that he leaded broke into the Chase Manhattan Bank computers and he altered some records. He left a message for the employees saying that if he wasn’t given free use of the computers, he’d destroy all records! He was NEVER charged. Even Tom lies about his age on Myspace. Again, creepy.

So go visit the great site and DELETE Tom when he’s your friend!

Red: In my little area for the computer, nothing is red.
Orange: “HIC” and “Hawaiian Island Creations”. The words on one of my favorite shirts(:
Yellow: A #2 pencil on my keyboard…not really sure it’s purpose of being there though. Maybe just decoration(:

Blue: The hearts on my folder! (Why are they blue again?)
Purple: The “Taylor” on my folder. Gosh, am I a colorful person or WHAT? (;

Blue! Because jeans are my THAAANG! (Thaaang: thing in Logan language!) Haha. And most jeans are blue.

3. What color are your eyes? What color do you wish they were?

They’re brown but since I’ve turned the age I currently am, they’re green on the outer ring of my iris but green near my pupil…WEIRD. And when I cry it turns like a weird blend of both, really GROSS color!
I’m perfectly fine with them though(:

4. What color is your desktop image?

Someone keeps changing it! Currently, it’s a very BLINDING green.

5. What colors are you walls and floor?

My walls (in my room) are a gross color. Burnt orange. GROSSS! I haven’t gotten around to changing it since I moved in. My floor is carpet, so beige.

Today we got an assignment to research blogs on the internet! I thought it’d be easy and just go to Blogspot and look around for blogs. BAD IDEA, they no longer have a search button! Or maybe they do, but I haven’t found it…help? So I went all over the WWW looking for a appropiate blog to share with the class and well…blog about! So after many minutes of slaving away over the computer, I found two pretty good blogs. One is about students just writing a blog. I couldn’t relate to all of the students but I found one student that seemed pretty cool and someone I could relate to…and I was right! Her name is Carly so I shared her blog with my class.

I also found another blog about teens that read! So I found their blog interesting. They talked about EDWARD CULLEN haha. & Harry Potter, but pshh, EDWARD CULLEN! Anyways, they’re both interesting sites…Go check ‘em out(:

You know, I’ve been thinking. I like LOVE blogging! I think I’m going to make an actual blog for myself & have my friends read it daily since I’m going to be at a different school, they can see what I’m up to and comment. I mean I could always text them but I type much faster than I text and there’s only so much you can text! And you can’t go as much into detail, you know?

But that’s my opinion, so comment, and write your own blog! (:

Facebook is a cool place that is pretty easy to navigate through, of course it’s not as AWESOME as Myspace, but it’s second on my list (;

I think Facebook is great for doing quizzes like “what color crayon are you?” kind of pointless…but what website isn’t pointless?! Haha. Not talking about those bum (bum is MY word, no stealing!) websites about gorillas that pick the lice out of their hair at a certain season or whatever. I mean websites like twitter etc.

Anyways, Facebook has a very basic design, white and blue. What I like about their website is the font you get when you type(: it’s a GREAT font! I think it’s verdana, and that’s my favorite font EVER. No, I’m not always this picky(; hah. But Facebook has all the basics. Messaging, commenting on people’s statuses, adding pictures, and QUIZZES! YAY(:

Facebook can be for ANYONE. My Mom has a Facebook, and all her co-workers. I’d say it’s directed more to adults because as everyone knows, adults don’t have a lot of free time so Facebook doesn’t require you to customize your page or anything, so you can just go on, do your thing, and go off. Pretty basic, really.

What BUGS the HECK out of me about this site is that it says youre and not you’re! AH! Talk about it! I’ve caught it a couple of times! Or maybe I’m just a little paranoid… Hmm…

What makes Facebook unique is that you can add pictures or videos to your status. You can also do things like become fans of groups such as “I was doing my homework when I found myself on facebook” (; or do quizzes (like I mentioned a million times), add friends, add photos, comment on photos, and you can even do something called POKING SOMEONE not my thing, but I know a certain someone that probably does that all the time (ANGELA). But I won’t say names(;

It’s raining, once again. Wonderful day to catch the bus isn’t it?

2. When did you get up today?

At 5:15 (YAY, I got to sleep in!) & my Mom drove me down the hill (YAY, one less bus transfer!) and I caught the 6:30 bus. Woo-hoo!

3. What is the first thing you did when you got on your computer today?

I attempted RE-downloading the songs that I somehow managed to delete from my ipod. Yes, ALL of them. Dang iTunes is so hard to operate.

4. What do you need/want to get done today?

I NEED to relax. It’s SUMMER, & it’s BUM that I’m always out late with sports or up late doing the loads of homework I get.

5. What are you wearing today?

Stalker? I’m wearing my new Roxy blue tank top & my new (not really, but I lost it & now I found it…so I consider it new!) ripped capris. & my BCBG jacket(:

Hmmm, although I’m GENIUS at a lot of things, I’d say writing is my second area of expertise (sorry Larene). I love writing…and I’m actually good at it too!

I haven’t entered any writing competitions, so I don’t have any awards; not that it matters!

I started developing this passion in fourth grade when I created my first poem. I was in LOVE with it! Then my “friend” (now my enemy) stole it and took it as her own paper! AND accused me of stealing from her! D: Not that it matters anymore. She’s no longer with us. Meaning of course, she’s in Cali! (: Haha.

Anyways, I’ve started on a lot of books but I must have some kind of book disease because I never seem to finish any of them! I have a great topic for a book then when I get to it, my brain can’t function from staring at the computer screen so I take a break and then it ends up as a 2 year old document on my computer! Argh! I must have about 20 topics for books though! (:

I know I started writing a FANTASTIC book called “The Story of Kennedy Marshall” but when I ate lunch after writing about 5 pages, I watched a movie and it was a “Kennedy/Marshall Production” and I was just ASTOUNDED. I don’t think I ever started writing on that story again. I got so attatched to the end and I didn’t want people to think that I was copying them so I just didn’t continue. But the computer I wrote that on is long gone now so it’s not like I could start up on it again and just change her name now that I’ve come to my senses.
